shipping
Orders typically leave the studio within 1-3 days from checkout. Exedited shipping options available at checkout. International shipping is available. Actual shipping charges may be different from checkout. 

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If you think your package may be lost please contact us! We will do everything in our power to help track it down. 

We also offer free delivery for orders close to Grand Rapids. 


returns + replacements
We accept returns within 30 days of purchaseif the item is unworn and doesn't contain any damages. All sales through Crow's Hold or third party sellers are final. 

Please contact us if you lose a single in a pair of earrings or damages occur and we can consult on a fix! 


wholesale/consignment
We are always open to fun partnerships, and consignment. Please use the contact form on our website to get in touch. Since we are a handmade project, we do not have the capabilities for high volume wholesale.
